So basically when I was growing up I was tormented by a demon, I didn't know that's what it was at the time mind you, it had many side effects but the main one was night terrors, when I moved away from home at 18 it followed me out of the house,

Every apartment or house I lived in, no matter even what roommates I had, it followed me. Although it was a lot better and didn't bother me nearly as much. Then on a move about 3 years ago it stopped, it took me a while to notice that it hadn't followed me to the new place and I was just kinda like 'huh', I had come to accept that it was never going to leave me,

I have lived in two separate places since and it hasn't bothered me. It only occured to me here recently how strange it is that it just left, really for no apparent reason, I mean this is something that I can remember from as far back as my memory goes!!! What would cause a demon to just leave like that? I'm just curious...

Because at some time, he would have to pee. He can't follow you 24*7.

You're assuming that because you had bad dreams and night terrors a demon has been following you. Have I got that right? Hmm . . . have you changed your diet, or are you perhaps now away from some atmospheric substance that might have been causing you trouble? The first thing that comes to my mind is allergies alleviated.

Don't misunderstand. It isn't that I disbelieve in demonic activity -- I do believe it can and does happen. That just doesn't sound like it. Because this has followed you through life and has now suddenly left during a significant life/environment change, it sounds like allergies of some sort, probably to some food.

Night terrors are pretty common among children and most kids outgrow them. They DO look positively demonic. When you're the young mother holding an inexplicably screaming, terrified, yet NOT awake child, you WILL think it's demons. But I'm pretty sure it isn't. It's some neurological irritant or it's neurological immaturity, or brain damage perhaps, or the kid is allergic to something. We don't know exactly what causes it, but that doesn't mean it's demons.

Some people are freed from these demonic attacks sooner than others. I don't know why though. But it seems that the more those demons are resisted as people stand in faith (James 4:7), they begin to lose power to do as they please.

It's just encouraging to hear endings like these. Because people who are still being tormented can fight on, with the hope

that it wont last for a lifetime. God bless, and thank you for sharing.

God gave you like a shield so that demons don't harm you, but when you sin or do something spiritually wrong, you open yourself up to demonic influence. For example, chanting mantras leads to demon possession. It's not the words that get you possessed; it's the rhythm. Buddhists worship fake mountain Kailash in Tibet inside which demons have a UFO base. Barcode is Druid black magic curse. Mediums are shown pictures and given thoughts by demons. Demons move the Ouija board. Demons=Ghosts=Spirit Guides=Aliens. Demons never do good. Demons fly in UFOs. Crystal balls, tarot cards, barcodes, tattoos, talismans, masks, skulls, amulets, etc. attract demons. Meditation, chanting mantras, and astral projection lead to demon possession. Casting spells is asking demons for help. Ask Greek Orthodox priest to help you out (blessing your house, etc.) Most dreams and thoughts are from demons. To break any curse, pray slowly the Psalm "the Lord is my light and my salvation" 40 times a day for 40 straight days. That's 1600 times in total. Also, if you're in any trouble (like sleep paralysis), scream: JESUS !

I doubt that was a demon. Demons tempt people, but I don't think they directly cause night terrors. It's more likely a psychological condition, perhaps caused by stress/anxiety that has re-emerged. A counselor might give you more insight about what's been happening in your life.

Real demons aren't affected by your physical location. It's not like you can hide your forwarding address or play the old enter-a-store-and-run-out-the-back-exit to throw them off your scent.
