What buddhist mantras do you use, and how do they effect you?

Well it depends on the particular practice I'm doing or particular deity I'm focusing on. My favorite mantra is Om Mani Padme Hum, it's a very powerful mantra. In the Tibetan tradition we pronounce it Om Mani Peme Hung. I'm also a fan of the long Chenrezig mantra, OMPH is considered his short mantra. I also like the Green Tara and Medicine Buddha mantras. My favorite chant is chanting the Heart Sutra, not a mantra but a powerful chant. The Manjusri mantra is good, as well as the Vajrasattva mantra.

just go to youtube and look up Buddhist mantras and you can listen to them being chanted.

no mantras practiced in the type of meditation I do.

Wa alaikum salam my expensive Kimmie definite listening to buddis mantras and sutras is strictly haram because it means that you've self assurance in yet another capacity than the oneness of Allah.think about an outstanding shirk sin it is hardly forgiven by technique of Allah and through 40 days your shalat (prayer)should not be known by technique of Allah in accordance to hadith Mantras is a supernatural which invites yet another capacity than Allah which must be prevented by technique of effective muslim/muslimah. relaxing might want to be received by technique of surrendering to Allah swt in finished of your body,ideas and heart listening to the track that may ignore us the Almighty of Allah,the time for prayer ,dropping useful time to ineffective component etc is haram,
