I always thought that Jesus was supposed to die so that all our sins could be forgiven....or something. So what if the Jews and/or Romans didn't crucify Jesus? What if, instead, Jesus lived into old age and died in his bed? Would you all be wearing little beds around your necks?
It's over 2,000 years later and you still want to blame Jews who are living today for that? My feeling is that if a person like you hates Jews, we must be doing something right.

Well, according to the bible, the Romans killed him. I'm pretty sure they nailed him up to a cross. Of course, whether that happened or not considering that our earliest sources of Jesus come a while after his death is another question.
I'm an atheist but I'm not angry. Or junk... It is quite frustrating though when you converse with a believer. I assume that most Christians would accept evidence in a court of law, or would be able to make reasoned arguments in their daily lives, but are unwilling to enter into any arguments or accept any evidence that contradicts their viewpoint. If God came down from the heavens tomorrow and told us that he caused evolution, there would be some Creationists who would reject him as a false god.
Faith is deeply held for believers, and i do not try to force my feelings down people's throats, but if Christians try to discredit others without realising how weak their own arguments are, then I'm forced to act. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones

The jews kind of forced the romans to do the killing. Crucifixion was a roman technique, jews would have used stoning.
There are other theories that suggest he was saved from the cross and was nursed back to health in the cave.
Good luck on your path xx

(1) If Jesus was a real person, he would have been sentenced to death by Pilate without any input from the Jews. So the Romans, if anyone.
(2) The yeast?
(3) Not angry, just frustrated.

From unfounded records, romans killed Jesus and jews where not actually involved. Also it is believed that he rose back from the death by God.
And no atheists are not angry nor junk, only sadden by your lack of intelligence.

The Roman washed their hands of him and escorted him to the cross.
He rose on his own and came back through the "pentacost" or Epiphany
The mob and the Romans of the time did crucify him.
What the Pope said recently is that we cannot hold the Jews, as a people, responsible for the crucifixion of Christ.

Hello,
Essentially a small group of elite, rich Jewish upper class people set Him up for His fall but the Roman authority was the hatchet man. These people liked the Status quo, Pax Romana and flourishing business and the misinterpreted Christ's teachings thinking He was an upstart with a political agenda which would anger Rome, throw them at Rome's not so tender mercy and ruin everything. Well they succeeded in getting rid of him alright and had their peace for another 30 years then all hell broke loose.
Cheers,

Jews did not kill Jesus at all, it was the Roman high officials.

The Romans and the Jewish religious authorities are equally guilty of the physical act. The entire human race is at fault for making it necessary, and Jesus raised himself from the dead.
Thanks for asking neighbor.

God or jesus himself. Killing jesus was a necessary part of the plan, according to the mythology.
