A god cannot send any one to a hell for forever. If any one going to a hell since his bad deeds(Bad Karmas) he will be in a hell for a long time but not for forever. He will come back again to the human world, animal world or ghost world.

If a god send people to a hell he should not be a god, he should be a demon. A hell is so suffer no words to describe.

There are 8 large hells within our solar system. With small hells there are more than 100 hells in our solar system. There are hells between solar systems(cold and dark) too. Sadness of hell worlds are described by Lord Buddha as following fable. Lets think about a thief a king giving him punishment. He ordered 100 sward(glaive) shots to his body in the morning(as each of this will go though body). Since he still alive another 100 at afternoon, Since he still alive another 100 at the evening. The sadness of that man is so small compared to sadness of a hell world like a small stone to the Himalayan mountain. In the cycle of rebirth animals are mostly live in hells. Hells are like their home.

As others have rightfully pointed out. Hell is a temporary place and after the judgement the Lake of fire.

So you need to look at this question another way.

God wants to send people to heaven where He is to spend eternity. Why don't people want to spend eternity with God? He gives us the opportunity to do that.

The other most important reason is that all actions that we do on this earth have consequences. Death is not final. God is. We all will face him.

The eternal Lake of Fire is a place where God's justice has settled the score against the wicked and unbelieving. Both angels and human beings.

Do you really want to end up there? I don't. I choose to be with God and his love and mercy and glory and power. I choose life. Not death which is eternal separation from the love of God.

The fact of the matter, the reason why God sends people to hell forever is because they are not saved, as it is written in the bible only Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Hell is the grave of all the unsaved souls so when God Jesus Christ comes back to judge the living and the dead and too destroy the heaven and the earth by fire, the second death, where the heaven and the earth shall be burned up, by the hell fires. That is why there is a Hell, and there is a heaven for God chosen, the ones God saves before judgment day, before the wrath of God comes upon all of us, because of are sin.

If you are atheist your whole life, you have spend all the time available rejecting God despite all He has given you.

I am Muslim, we believe that on the day of judgement, some disbelievers will beg for a chance to go back and have another shot.

But they would be sent back and then carry on rejecting God, whether they get a hundred years, a million years etc.

Basically they would reject God forever if they lived forever. So they are punished forever (if they knew Islam, yet were 100% atheist/ polytheist.

Some Muslims will be in hell if they were bad Muslims, sinful etc. They will have punishment for that, but eventually their belief will be why their punishment will stop and they will enter paradise forever on.

We humans are born already on our way to hell from birth. God doesn't send us there. It was Adam's sin and ours since which send us there.

But God is loving and faithful and has sent His Son to die for us in order that we WON'T HAVE TO GO TO HELL.

So you have it the wrong way around. God has done all He could to STOP US FROM GOING TO HELL by dying for us on Calvary's Cross.

Accept Jesus as Saviour, be baptized in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, by full immersion and that is being buried into His death, burial and resurrection as Paul said in Romans 6:3-7 to crucify our old Adamic sin nature (Romans 6:6) and remove our sin from us. If you do this you have identified with Christ in His death and therefore you will be in His resurrection (read Romans 6: 3-7) and don't blame God for Hell - that was the Devil and Adam's doing.

Jehovah God does not send people to hell, brought out in another comment, when we die we are conscious of nothing, back in ancient times Hell or also known as Ghenna was a place where they burned ashes, this was a place that Jesus and his disciples also visited, it was not a bad place,it was not a place of hell and torment. This is the definition of hell of also known as Ghenna: The Greek name for the Valley of Hinnom, southwest of ancient Jerusalem. (Jer 7:31) It was prophetically spoken of as a place where dead bodies would be strewn. (Jer 7:32; 19:6) There is no evidence that animals or humans were thrown into Gehenna to be burned alive or tormented. So the place could not symbolize an invisible region where human souls are tormented eternally in literal fire. Rather, Gehenna was used by Jesus and his disciples to symbolize the eternal punishment of “second death,” that is, everlasting destruction, annihilation.—Re 20:14; Mt 5:22; 10:28. Now here you can see what It is really is or the true definition that many today call hell when in reality is is called Ghenna,

Beware of anyone who claims they can answer a question that starts with "Why does God?" The Bible tells us many of the what, where's, and when's of God but not many of the why's.

And the Bible tells us people insist on going to hell forever, though it was "created for the devil and his angels." God is trying to stop us all from going there, but most will insist upon it. God must ultimately respect our free will because he didn't want robots for children.

2 Peter 3:9: The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

Ezekiel 33:11: Say to them, As I live, declares the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; turn back, turn back from your evil ways, for why will you die, O house of Israel?

Romans 10:13: For all who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.

Revelation 14:11: And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.

Revelation 20:15: And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

Heaven and hell are only for spirits, not for human beings. Spirits are separate elements and human beings are just toys.

God cannot watch each and every human being at the same time. That's why He had created the spirits to watch, guide and determine the destiny of the human beings from their daily activities, talks and thoughts too. Your past determines your present and your present determines your future. God has given freewill to all creatures including human beings. According to this, all human beings have all right to live a life as they wish. But if it happens to be bad and hurts someone, they have to face the consequences. These consequences are created by spirits. It's a natural system. After death no one lives in any form. Heaven and hell are only for spirits. Spirits are separate elements. A human being is not a single spirit. A human being during his/her life time is living with many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. They are knowledge, skills, feelings, emotions, interests and everything. Even thoughts are not your own. When you want to take a decision on a subject, one after another the spirits think and you just listen, choose or reject the ideas which they transmit to your mind through your brain in the form of thoughts. A human being is just a robot made of flesh, bones, tissues etc., and a toy of the spirits for their games.

He doesn't. The Bible does not teach that.

What does the Bible say?

“For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing, . . . for there is no work or thought or knowledge or wisdom in Sheol, to which you are going.”—Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10, Revised Standard Version.

The Hebrew word Sheol, which referred to the “abode of the dead,” is translated “hell” in some versions of the Bible. What does this passage reveal about the condition of the dead? Do they suffer in Sheol in order to atone for their errors? No, for they “know nothing.” That is why the patriarch Job, when suffering terribly because of a severe illness, begged God: “Protect me in hell [Hebrew, Sheol].” (Job 14:13; Douay-Rheims Version) What meaning would his request have had if Sheol was a place of eternal torment? Hell, in the Biblical sense, is simply the common grave of mankind, where all activity has ceased.

Is not this definition of hell more logical and in harmony with Scripture? What crime, however horrible, could cause a God of love to torture a person endlessly
?

Jehovah, the Creator, is a God of love. He is merciful and kind. His attitude toward the wicked is expressed at Ezekiel 18:23: “‘Do I take any delight at all in the death of someone wicked,’ is the utterance of the Sovereign Lord Jehovah, ‘and not in that he should turn back from his ways and actually keep living?’”

Thus, Jehovah does not want to see even the wicked person die, let alone be tortured. God’s compassion for, and interest in, mankind is expressed in Jesus’ words at Matthew 10:29-31: “Do not two sparrows sell for a coin of small value? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father’s knowledge. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore have no fear: you are worth more than many sparrows.” The God who regards mankind in that way would not approve of torturing persons in this life or in a life to come. The Bible contains no such teaching.

God doesn't send people to Hell, we do that on our own.

God had created Hell for satan and his followers, when the angels fell, they deserve eternal punishment for their sins.

But when humans fell away also we became one of the unrighteous destined to Hell for our sins. But just because this would happen, doesn't mean God wants it this way. He still loves us and He gave us a chance to enter His perfect kingdom without tainting it with sin. God provided a way by sending His only Son to die for our sins so we can be freed from it

So, God doesn't send people to Hell, rather, He provided the way to Heaven.

God does not send people to hell forever because he is not cause of their death. Heb 2:14 Therefore, since the “young children” are sharers of blood and flesh, he also similarly shared in the same things, so that through his death he might bring to nothing the one having the means to cause death, that is, the Devil. The Bible us that death and hell will be destroy. King James Version Re 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Fire is used as a means of total destruction. For more information go to WWW.JW.ORG.

You asked why God sends people to hell forever? Well it's because they rejected heaven forever. You can't blame God for your choices. That's a criminal's mindset to blame everyone for their predicament when they are incarcerated for crimes they've committed!

God does not sent people to hell forever. What is hell? Hell is the grave. It is not a place of torment like most church teaches. The bible uses the word hell to describe the common grave of mankind. Read Job 14:13

Why does "God" send People to 'Hell" forever ?

Let us take that question apart

# 1 .Do you Have something in REALITY that Demonstrates whatever Concept ABOUT a god you have been presented with is REAL

# 2 Do You have something in REALITY That Demonstrates whatever concept ABOUT a 'Hell" you have been presented with is REAL?

. Asking that question is either a reflection that one Has made a Judgement that what they have been presented with ABOUT a god concept or ABOUT a hell concept is Verified and indisputable .and are questioning the motivations of what you have accepted as REAL

Or one is Questioning other peoples Judgements of Accepting those two propositions as Real to be not based on verification and they are disputable and therefore Not based in Reality

..I have nothing in Reality to Compare those two concepts to .so to me they are that CONCEPTS and Ideas .that some PEOPLE project for their own purpose . It is not reflective of anything REAL to me

There are some offenses that require such a place. Murder and by that I mean the shedding of innocent blood for the sake of blood lust , or to get gain , etc,. or some sexual sadist serial killer gets off murdering people. How can a person who does those deeds under perfect justice belong in a place where people who have not done such things? Why bother at all? Hell is reserved for those who kinda know by what they have done and are doing , are probably going there sometime after they die.

Actually it's the Lake of Fire. Even Hell is thrown into the Lake of Fire.

It's because God is not "contending" with them any more. They have reverted to being this: "every inclination of the human heart is always evil all the time." We only see it when we hear about a woman drowning her children in a lake or in the sea (both things happened), or when terrorists are planning and execute their plans. Those are good examples of what I'm talking about. Humans who are not in Christ will revert to being evil like that 24/7. The Lake of Fire is the only place to keep them, because otherwise they would always try to kill and destroy.

It is God's Will that we have freewill, so that we may come to Him on our own, which shows that He does not rule by force. God does not make us 'do' anything, he only set the foundation and gives us the opportunity to choose what is available to us. The earth realm of material form and content is purgatorial in which positivity and negativity are both allowed, or else freewill would not work or be necessary. Every instant of our existence here, we have the option to choose differently from before, which alters patterns of habit and what we let into our lives. Although, it is commonly believed that freewill is used to make everyday personal decisions, it's use is quite impersonal, and is ultimately the choice between aligning and identifying with God and our spiritual nature, or the ego (the 'devil', Satan, Lucifer, "wickedness") and our material nature.

Heaven and hell are not destinations in some distant hypothetical time and place, but exist right in the 'here' and 'now' as a result of how we frame our reality, which establishes what is possible within our minds. We are subject to what we hold in mind, therefore heaven and hell is a place we make for ourselves. Christ is quoted in Luke 17:21 as saying, "The Kingdom of Heaven is within you." Matthew 7:2, "The judgment you pass on others will be passed on you, and by the measure you use on others will be used to measure you. This is what is called "cosmic cause and effect," or "karma" in other faiths and cultures, demonstrating the dynamics of Divine Order and that heaven and hell are not punishment or reward.

The nonphysical realms are not subject to the dynamics of the physical one. Space and time do not apply in the same way as the material plane of reality. Anyone who has had a genuine spiritual experience, through meditation, trance or artificially induced states, can recall the sense of timelessness and "foreverness" of what they are experiencing. This is why scripture speaks of the other realms in the context of 'eternity'. However, rarely is there mention of the opportunity to go from one plane to another, particularly the hand of God reaching into the pits of hell to rescue tormented souls out of His Infinite Mercy. Hell is a place for those who are spiritually ignorant and forgetful of their True Spiritual Nature. Both Christ and the Buddha taught that 'ignorance is another word for 'sin' (both were also said to be without sin or ego). The Buddha taught that we are not punished for our sins, we are punished 'by' them.

It has been said that only the children of the Devil go to hell. But if that is true, why did Job pray that he might rest in hell? And if hell were a place just for the wicked, why would God send his Son to hell? For Jesus went to hell and was there three days. At Psalm 16:10 it was prophetically written of Jesus: “For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.” Centuries later the apostle Peter showed, at Acts 2:31, that Psalm 16:10 had its fulfillment in Jesus, that he did indeed go to hell but that God raised him up out of that condition. So hell could not be eternal.

God sends people to Hell forever because

1.They didn't believe in God

2.They said that they "believed" but never went to church, read the Bible, pray, or fast.

3.They were Christians, they did everything but right when the judgement came, or died they were sinning

He DOESN'T, hell fire is a pagan belief that has been adulterated in the Christian faith! Christendom's false clergy uses a burning hell to extort money, just look at the Catholic Vatican, all that money comes from mostly starving countries where the Catholic church has more money tied up in the widows than the whole village makes in a year, now that's upside down!

The Bible does speak of the lake of fire, it's a symbol for complete destruction, that is why symbolic beast, death, hell/hades, the false prophet and Satan the devil is cast into the lake of fire! You can't torture death, hell, symbolic beast and the symbolic false prophet!(Rev 20:10,14)

You told your son to not play around the expensive vase. Or maybe you said to not come into the house with dirty shoes. But he disobeyed you. You may take away his toys. And maybe lock him in the room. But would you take his hand and burn it over a stove? Doesnt make sense, does it? So why would you let people who havent studied and are just repeating what other ignorant people say, brainwash you into accepting that God is so mean and so cruel, he would burn aa person for eternity........and by the way does it make sense that you would be supposedly 100 years into this make believe hell and you still havent burned completely? First of all - lets alter that perspective about this - WE ALL live forever. How we live eternally will be determined throughout the course of our lives by the people we become, by our choices, our behavior, by the nature of our hearts and THAT will determine our eternal state of being. Those we have become pure hearts, loving, kind, giving, charitable individuals - who have sincerely tried to live their lives in a good & decent way inspite of faults which we all have - as we acknowledge those faults and truly change them - we receive forgiveness from God and He promises that He will remember them no more as we are sincere in our change of heart. If you care what the Bible says about this - Paul speaks in Corinthians about a Glory of the Sun and the Moon, the Stars in speaking about what follows the resurrection - those, I believe are indicative of the different degrees of Glory that await good decent people of all beliefs. Those that receive a judgment of Hell are those for whom no glory is offered because they have failed to receive any light, knowledge, truth, goodness or decency into their lives or hearts. MOST individuals will receive a degree of glory - NOT Hell. So we aren't SENT anywhere - we will live eternally in a Mansion prepared for us for WHICH we will be happy, at peace and 'comfortable' because it is where others who are just like us will also be. Even those in Hell - sadly, will be exactly where they are comfortable because of the people they have become in this life.

This is my answer reference your question why do God send people to hell.

Hell is the common grave of all mankind: (Ecclesiastes 9:4) There is hope for whoever is among the living, because a live dog is better off than a dead lion.(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten. (Ecclesiastes 9:10) Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might, for there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom in the Grave, where you are going.

A United Methodist clergyman’s doubts about the existence of a fiery hell was published in U.S. Catholic magazine. He wrote: “There are in fact so many strong biblical, doctrinal, and logical arguments against the existence of a literal hell that this question naturally arises: Why do the churches teach it and why do people often believe it?” The minister, Robert Short, suggests that the answer lies in the churches’ “faithless fear of giving up ‘the gospel at gunpoint.’” He said: “The churches tend to believe, consciously or unconsciously, that fear—rather than love—conquers all.”The clergyman asserted that the “most powerful argument against the existence of a literal hell is that we can know a thing by its fruits. (Matt. 7:16, 20)” Using this test, he observed: “It has become painfully apparent that the ‘Christian’ doctrine which has yielded the most poisonous fruits is the teaching of a literal hell. For not only can it be proven that this doctrine has produced cruel, self-righteous ‘Christians’ throughout Western history, Christians who have felt justified in hating and even killing since it can be argued that any action is justified if it saves more people from hell, but a literal hell’s more modern and even deadlier fruit has been atheism.”In conclusion, Short declared: “Only if the teaching of hell were true would the churches be justified in retaining it. And a growing number of theologians—both Catholic and Protestant—are now saying it is not true. If it is not true, then the churches have no time to lose in loudly and clearly saying this to the world.”—U.S. Catholic, April 1980, pp. 37-40.

God made us like Himself, we were created in their (He and His Son) image (Genesis 1,26,27) That means that He make choices as well as He gives us choices to make. There is no consequences to God's choices because He is Holy, and Sovereign. He is God and needs no instructing. We need guidance and instructions in this life to get to the other side of through, which is Heaven!

Accept Jesus Christ, His Son, believe He is the Son of God and became our Savior when He died for our sins on the Cross, or don't accept nor believe the Truth He gives us through His Word and end in Hell for ever.

We seal our own doom! (Revelations 21:7.8)
E

He doesn't. People make their choices. You can choose to live for yourself, for others or for God. We can reject God & all that is good. Why don't people choose God? He puts before them life & death. Why do people choose death? Why don't people choose to obey God & follow Him? People make choices. Following God involves making choices to do things that are in tune with God & not self-absorbed or anti-God. Someone once said that one thing is for sure: if you don't want God, He won't force Himself on you. You ought to seek Him out. Let me remind you that:

1) God loves you (we don't initially love Him) & has a wonderful purpose for your life

(1 John 4:9, 10, John 10:10, Jeremiah 29:11)

2) Man is sinful & separated from God & cannot experience His love & forgiveness

(Romans 3:23, 6:23, James 3:2)

3) Jesus died on the cross for all our sins

(1 Peter 3:18, 1 Timothy 2:5, Acts 4:12, 1 John 1:9)

4) If you haven't yet, YOU can know this Jesus personally by responding to His invitation

to be in your life

(Rev. 3:20, John 1:12, Hebrews 11:1,6)

Hope you read these verses & that it helps

He doesn t, if that were true, none of us would be here. We were all with Adam & Eve when they fell from Heaven to hell and we have progressed from the lowest hell to this place, the earth, which is the highest realm of hell. From here we are expected to move up to the higher realms until we reach Heaven, where we were created in the first place.

we are are all supposed to go to heaven but people don't accept Jesus which will make them go to hell, hell was made for the devil and hid demons, when the devil wanted to be higher then god he went down to hell. And now the devil wants to bring people down to hell. and even if you believe in Jesus you have to have faith go to Church and do some work for god, because lots of people that believe in Jesus will still go to hell that's called fake Christianity.

Nobody gets sent to hell or heaven, this was told in the days before law when they literally "put the fear of God in you " to frighten you into behaving and obeying commands or as they put it obeying God, thou shall not... wouldn't have had the same impact without superstition!

God sends no one to Hell, going to Hell is a choice, as is going to Heaven. There are necessities for choosing Heaven, one must accept salvation. Going to Hell is not choosing to go to Heaven. It can be compared to going to jail or remaining free: if you choose to break the law, you go to jail, if you choose to obey the law, you remain free.

HELL is the realm of the dead. NOT a place of punishment. When a person dies he/she goes to Hell by default. The promise of Jesus is that one will NOT die---in the spiritual sense if you accept his gift. So yove forever with him if you accept it.

Hell is the equivalent of the Greek Hades o the Jewish Sheol.. The default dead zone It has good and bad places Hades has the fires of Tarsus for the bad and Elisian fields for the good---but its still the realm of the dead. Sheol has "The bosom of Abrahams" for the good.

Jesus has a different plan you go to the "god realm" with him instead of the dead realm----a whole different game.

God is a god of super moral perfection in a way humans with their adulterated or unadulterated corruption and depravity just cannot comprehend. God is the universes champion of a perfect record of moral and righteous perfection and perfect intelligent and emotional morality for any living being especially human beings and any one who is not for that (God) which is all that is good might as well be against all that is good and an unfaithful rebel against him in exchange for sin and debauchery on an infinite scale deserves infinite damnation and exile to hell for all eternity. That is how it can be justified. Evil can never be justified the way god sees it and humans are evil and corrupt even though most of us have good in us. While from our human perspective we may be extremely good people while others may be extremely bad people. If you are not at the tip of moral perfection as god is you are still evil no matter how good you think you are ex. Lying for the cause of an agenda is still lying! God is truth and truth is fact and it is a fact that he cannot tolerate such evil! So if a person says to them self in will be a godless heathen worship my own idols what ever they may be. They are choosing to be guilty of a crime and to commit it forever a crime so terrible so as to rebel against the infinite king of the universe whose will is all good and no fault can be found in him then you the sinful rebel might as well bear with the monster and demon satan in hell and the hellish terrible lake of fire for all eternity because when you have an all intelligent all wise deity of right and wrong if you are against this deity even though your sin may be far less than the devils sin they are both still very minuscule compared to gods goodness and are still evil. It is in gods nature to destroy evil and punish it according and this kind of god king savior messiah rejection which is rebellion can only be punished with eternal damnation in a hellish place for a hellish crime of loving evil and not god. A virus may be far larger than an atom but both are still microscopic. So even if you are a heathen or pagan saint and deny Christ which ever form that may take. You are still evil infinitely and must be destroyed infinitely. So that is why the salvation through faith in Jesus Christ is so overwhelmingly necessary and imports for us humans. We must accept him and serve him or serve ourselves and our evil

Instincts which is what satan wants. We must want what Christ's wants!!! it's complicated he has a demand for absolute justice and his love is eternal and unfailing only to those who choose to worship him? Yes but you have to understand god is three in one his son had unconditional love for humanity when he died on the cross or at least it was an unfailing love but love makes a wavering of gods absolute demand for justice on a Devine morality scale only by grace through the sacrifice of his son Jesus! If you deny his son Jesus Christ and his payment for your sin god may be all loving but he can't save you from Yourself and what you deserve by his own nature unless you willfully and consciously choose to accept his love and grace and forgiveness of sins. So you see it isn't counter intuitive it does make sense in orthodox Christianity

it is unbelievable how many diverse answers people can come up with! answers that fit each persons agenda...

First we should look at some places that talk about hell... the bible for example, since it is where it is spoken of the most...and not just what people "feel" and want to say about it. We should not look at just one verse however but as many passages as we can to understand it thoroughly.

Scriptures in the New Testament indicate that sheol/hades is a temporary place where souls are kept as they await the final resurrection. The souls of the righteous, at death, go directly into the presence of God—the part of sheol called “heaven,” “paradise,” or “Abraham’s bosom” (Luke 23:43; 2 Corinthians 5:8; Philippians 1:23).

The lake of fire, mentioned only in Revelation 19:20 and 20:10, 14-15, is the final hell, (SECOND DEATH) the place of ETERNAL punishment for all unrepentant rebels, both angelic and human (Matthew 25:41). It is described as a place of burning sulfur, and those in it experience eternal, unspeakable agony of an unrelenting nature (Luke 16:24; Mark 9:45-46). Those who have rejected Christ and are in the temporary abode of the dead in hades/sheol have the lake of fire as their final destination.

The Bible teaches that God did not create hell as a judgment for humanity. God created hell for the punishment of the devil and his angels and not as a place for human beings to suffer.

Jesus said:"Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the EVERLASTING fire prepared for the devil and his angels' (Matthew 25:41).

Hell was created as a place of judgment for Satan and those who followed him in their rebellion against God. The Bible says that the devil and his angels will eventually be consigned to hell:

And the devil who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever (Revelation 20:10).

Human beings, who are created in God's image, are not meant to spend eternity away from the presence of God. The place God created for them is heaven. Jesus spoke of this place that God has prepared for those who trust Him: Hell was not created for humanity, but it is the destination for those who reject God's salvation in Jesus Christ.

(But those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life should have no fear of this terrible fate. By faith in Christ and His blood shed on the cross for our sins, we are destined to live eternally in the presence of God.)

Why would a God of love allow people to go to hell?

The answer to this question is that God is a God of holiness and justice as well as a God of love. When the laws of God are disobeyed there must be a judgment. God's laws demand that sin must be paid for. God can still love someone but He cannot allow sin to go unpunished. This is the reason that Jesus Christ came to earth, to die for the sins of the world.

Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many (Matthew 20:28).

God has showed His love by sending His Son to die for our sins -- to take our punishment -- so that we could go to heaven. The judgment of hell is for those who refuse to accept God's love and forgiveness.

The Bible speaks about a place of final judgment for those who do not believe in the salvation provided by Jesus Christ. This place is known as hell. It is not a geographical place, but a state of existence. Jesus spoke of it as a place of eternal punishment.

And these shall go away into EVERLASTING" punishment... (Matthew 25:46).

The reality of a final judgment is clearly taught in Scripture. But the Bible also indicates that the people who go to hell do so because they have rejected God's provision for salvation.Their choice not God's... The Bible says that God does not want anyone to go to hell:

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that ANY should perish but that ALL should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

So.. to answer your question... God gives us our whole lives to turn to Him and ask Him for forgiveness and accept His payment for our sins (the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross)... those who refuse His FREE gift, choose to not believe in God or His plan of salvation and consequently send themselves to eternal punishment.

- so in conclusion.. God (like any just judge has to give a punishment for a crime, He wouldn't be just if He didn't, but unlike any judge He himself provided the "free pass" to eternal paradise.. just because he loves us so much. But He will not impose his free gift, its your choice...

there are only two places to go when you die... you can choose God and eternal life with Him or you can choose Satan and His abode... it will always be your choice..God would not force you to choose Him.. that would not be true love..

Daniel 7King James Version (KJV)

7 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.

2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.

4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.

5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.

6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.

7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.

10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.

11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.

13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

15 I Daniel was grieved in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me.

16 I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.

17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.

18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;

20 And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.

21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;

22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.

27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

28 Hitherto is the end of the matter. As for me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart.

Some people, like demons, will always hate God.

The sin of our first parents (Adam and Eve) brought about the fallen state of mankind. Humans are sinful because of their iniquity, sins bring curses and both iniquity and curses pass down the generations if they are not cleansed by the blood of Christ. Children are born with defects and suffer unfortunate circumstances because of curses due to their ancestors’ unrepented sins. Hereditary illness is an example of a curse. In the future, God will make a new Heaven and earth, and there will be no more suffering, sickness, sin, evil, old age or death. God’s people (those who accept His Son Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord) will joyfully and peacefully live in this new and perfect earth, with the Lord Jesus Christ as their King forever. See chapter 21 of the Book of Revelation.

Almighty God was, is and will always be triune (one God in three persons, not three gods). God is comprised of the Father, the Son (Lord Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit. Each person of the Triune Godhead has a different role. There is only one God (Isaiah 43:10-11; 44:6,8; 45:21-22; 46:9; John 17:3; 1 John 5:20-21). The Father is God (1 Peter 1:2; Philippians 2:11), the Lord Jesus Christ is God (Matthew 1:23; John 1:1; 20:28; Hebrews 1:8; Hebrews 13:8; Revelation 1:7-8; 2 Peter 1:1; Titus 2:13) and the Holy Spirit is God (Acts 5:3-4; Acts 28:25-27; 1 Corinthians 3:16-17; 2 Corinthians 3:17).

Without God, man’s spirit is unilluminated. This illumination happens at the time one’s spirit is united to the Holy Spirit (which happens only after one has accepted Christ as their Saviour). The Light went out of the spirit after the fall of man. Man had lost communion with God. Christ, the second person of the Triune Godhead made the sacrifice for our sins so the Light could be lit in the spirits of all. There is no redemption or unity to God apart from receiving Christ as one’s Saviour and Lord. The infilling of the Holy Spirit was possible only after Christ’s sacrifice. Before the death of Christ, the Holy Spirit only fell on persons who worshiped and served the true God (Judges 15:14; Ezekiel 11:5). Hebrews 9:6-8 (KJV) tells us that unity to God “the way into the Holiest of all” was also possible only after Christ’s sacrifice which brought an end to the Old Covenant. Christ made the sacrifice for our sins as the spotless lamb (1 Peter 1:9) and took the place of the Jewish high priest and became our eternal High Priest (Hebrews 6:20). The Book of Hebrews explains how the Old Covenant was replaced by the New Covenant.

The blood of Christ was shed so our sins could be paid for and we could have direct unity to God. The Holy Spirit leads us to remain focused on God so we can grow spiritually. God the Father lives within believers (John 14:23), God the Holy Spirit lives within believers (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) and God the Son also lives within believers (2 Corinthians 13:5, Galatians 2:20). Because Christ lives in us, we are a new being, having our old self with its evil practices stripped off, and we are being renewed and remoulded after the image of God, in order to bring us to a full knowledge of Himself (Colossians 3:9-10). Because He lives in us, we have His peace (John 16:33), we have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16), we have His strength to do all things (Philippians 4:13) and we are a chosen race, the King’s priests, the holy nation and God’s own people, chosen to proclaim the wonderful acts of God (Peter 2:9). As Christians, the Lord Jesus Christ is always interceding for us (Romans 8:34, Hebrews 7:25), He is preparing a place for us in heaven (John 14:1–3) and He baptizes us with the Holy Spirit and with fire (Matthew 3:11).

The truth about Jesus Christ can be found only in the word of God which is the Holy Bible. Three days after the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, He resurrected from the dead (Luke 24:1-8; Acts 10:40; 1 Corinthians 15:4) and 40 days later, He ascended into Heaven (Acts 1:3; Luke 24:50-53; Acts 1:9-11).

1 Timothy 3:16

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.”

Jesus Christ is Lord over all:

Philippians 2:9-11

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

False doctrines claim that there are several paths to God. The word of God tells us that THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO GOD AND THIS IS THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST AS ONE’S LORD AND SAVIOUR.

John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

John 3:36

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him

Shortly after physical death, humans pass into either Heaven or Hell. Before Christ’s sacrifice, access into Heaven was not possible for human souls. The souls of those who loved and served the true God were kept in the paradise part of a spiritual place within the earth called Sheol, and the other part of Sheol was a prison of torment where the souls of those who rejected God ended up (Luke 16:19-31). There was a spiritual gulf fixed between these two parts so no soul from one side could cross over to the next (Luke 16:26). Access into Heaven was made possible for humans by Christ’s sacrifice and right after He died on the cross He went into the paradise part of Sheol, told the good souls (who were there for thousands of years) what He did and took them up to Heaven (Matthew 12:40; Ephesians 4:8–10; 1 Peter 3:18–20). The paradise part of Sheol no longer exists but the prison part of Sheol still does. This part of torment is called Hades or Hell. Those who reject God by not receiving Christ or any one of the Triune Godhead (Jeremiah 15:6; Matthew 12:311; Chronicles 28:9; 1 John 2:23) end up there and then go into the Lake of Fire after the Millennium (Revelation 20:15). Earthly fire, Godly fire (the type Jesus baptizes with) and the tormenting fire of the Lake of Fire are three different types of fire. There is also demonic fire which demons can produce.

Reincarnation is a false teaching (Hebrews 9:27). The Lord Jesus said that the human being’s afterlife state whether torment or paradise, will be eternal (Matthew 25:46). In the original text, the Greek word for eternal, aiōnion is used. He didn’t say that we would be born again and again until we got it right and received liberation. He would not have made that huge sacrifice for us if we could have had unity to God another way, and if there was another way, He would have taught that. The Lord said he could have employed legions of angels to prevent His crucifixion (Matthew 26:53), but because of His great and perfect love for humanity, He chose to endure a very painful death so we could be redeemed and united to God.

Salvation, redemption, reception of the Holy Spirit and adoption as God’s own children happen the instant a human being has faith in Christ as their Saviour and Lord and not at some future time in the believer’s life.

People who have not accepted Christ can become better individuals, but only to a certain extent. The Holy Spirit calls out to everyone but only those who have let the Holy Spirit (the third person of the Triune Godhead) into them by accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour are the ones who are transformed and experience abundant and constant spiritual growth.

Iniquities (tendencies that cause one to sin) pass down the generation line (Numbers 14:18). After one accepts Lord Jesus as their Saviour, God forgives their sins as they truly repent and removes their iniquities (evil tendencies) in the transformation process which makes one more and more like Christ (2 Corinthians 3:18; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Titus 3:5; Hebrews 9:12-14). After genuinely accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour, ALL sinners (alcoholics, liars, drug addicts, fornicators etc.) will be saved and transformed. Each believer is cleansed by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ and receives the infilling of the Holy Spirit who renews them.

REDEMPTION BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH

Because mankind is incapable of meeting God’s standard of perfection necessary to abide in God’s presence (Romans 3:19-20,23), God sent His Son Jesus Christ to pay the total debt for the believer’s sins and mercifully credits to his account Christ’s righteousness (Romans 3:21-28,5:1-11; 2 Corinthians 5:18-21). Jesus’ gracious act of atonement was complete and covers all sin (Colossians 2:13-14; 1 John 1:9). Salvation is not based on good deeds but according to the mercy of God (Titus 3:4-5). Believers are justified by faith; it is a gift by God’s grace (Romans 4:3-8; Ephesians 2:8-9). A true, living faith will result in a desire to live a holy, loving life of good works (Ephesians 2:10; Galatians 5:6; James 2:14-26), but failure to be absolutely successful at righteous living does not negate the believer’s justified status.

If you sincerely say this prayer, your sins will be washed away, you will be redeemed to God, be saved from eternal torment and inherit the Kingdom of God:

"Dear Jesus, I am a sinner. I repent of my sins. Please forgive me and save me by your shed blood. Come into my heart. I want to receive you as my own personal Lord and Savior. Amen"
