Question:
JW : If you teach that the faithful and discreet slave (or prudent) arose in 1918, who was the faithful and discreet slave until 1917?

"In 1918 they were" the Faithful and Discreet Slave "and" the Master "appointed them over all goods on earth" (Matthew 24: 45-47) - taken from the book well known and studied by all Jehovah's Witnesses in Planet, entitled "Climax of Revelation" pg 209 para. 12 .Edition 2006.

Just remembering that "genuinely Christian faith" can not be based on "lies", but rather, it has to have a logic and a reason for being. If you teach that there is no biblical understanding without this faithful and prudent (discreet) slave, it is only natural that you justify us biblically by reasoning at the base of Scripture who was this faithful and discreet slave until 1917.

How did He come about in 1918?

Wwas based on "Pi ri rim pim plim" ... "abracadabra and.." ready "; ... here is "the faithful and discreet slave"?

And Charles Taze Roussel? From which faithful and discreet slave did he obtain "food at the proper time for " to have no "independent ideas" until 1916, where he already was publishing "the exclusive channel Jehovah uses to feed at the proper time, The " Watchtower magazine?

Notice how what you got is propaganda instead of an answer to your question.

Funny how these restorative/reformative non Christian groups just popped up 2000 years after the fact and think there's any validity to their beliefs.

? -- "Sadly, it's not funny" that what you call a Bible -- the New World Translation -- is heresy.

JW , do you love your Organization and its beliefs more than Jesus and the Bible???

Jehovah's witnesses don't believe that God exists as Father-Spirit-Son, the deity of Jesus and a physical Hell. If that is true, then the Bible is not true.Jesus is the ONLY Savior and only way to Heaven.

John 10:30 - “I and my Father are one.” The Bible says, “No one who denies the Son has the Father, whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also” (1 John 2:23)

JW believe that only 144000 will go to heaven and that the rest will be in earthly paradise. The Bible doesn't say so. According to the Bible, 144000 are jews from 12 tribes of Isreal, who will evangalize during the tribulation period, in the post-rapture world. Everyone who is saved, will spend eternity with God in Heaven, after the millenium period.

How to be saved?

Believe in the One True God(Father, Spirit, Son) and accept Christ ALONE(not self-righteousness, not Mary, not Saints, not religion, not sacraments) as your personal savior.

A truly Born-Again believer is a new creation and will have the natural desire to love God and hate sin. They will be extremely sorry when they sin.

John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

The faithful slave must be made up of anointed Christians on earth. Such ones are called “a royal priesthood” and have been commissioned to “ ‘declare abroad the excellencies’ of the one that called [them] out of darkness into his wonderful light.” (1 Pet. 2:9) It is only fitting that members of that “royal priesthood” have a direct share in teaching fellow believers the truth.—Mal. 2:7; Rev. 12:17.

After the death of the apostles, the great apostasy set in. (2 Thess. 2:3-12) As Jesus foretold in his parable about the wheat and the weeds, the wheat (anointed Christians) was oversown with weeds (imitation Christians). Down through the centuries, the groups were allowed to grow side by side until the harvest, “a conclusion of a system of things.” (Matt. 13:24-30, 36-43) Individual anointed Christians continued to enjoy Jesus’ favor during this time, but there was no governing body, no clear channel on earth that Jesus was using to give direction to his followers. (Matt. 28:20)

The book God’s Kingdom of a Thousand Years Has Approached stated: “As to just how the ‘faithful and discreet slave’ class existed and served down through the centuries after the death of the apostles of the Master Jesus Christ, we do not have a distinct historical picture. Apparently one generation of the ‘slave’ class fed the next succeeding generation thereof. (2 Timothy 2:2)

For honest hearted ones:

*** ws13 7/15 p. 22 par. 10 “Who Really Is the Faithful and Discreet Slave?” ***

10 Who, then, is the faithful and discreet slave? That slave is made up of a small group of anointed brothers who directly prepare and give out spiritual food during Christ’s presence. This is similar to how Jesus fed many through the hands of a few in the first century.

-------------

The appointment of the slave was part of the sign of the last days. (Matt 24:44,45, 46)

So according to the prophecy there wouldn't be an appointed slave prior to 1914.

I am a worshipper of Jehovah and I'm going to tell you plain blank with no nonsense that the faithful and discreet slave is anybody that obeys Jesus Christ and worship Jehovah God. The Watchtower bible and tract society and the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses is not the faithful and discreet slave! And I will tell you why. If you are discreet you don't go around telling your Master's business globally!

And making a fool of your master when he doesn't show up when you tell everybody that he's going to show up. Or you tell everybody that the master wants you to do this or that or the other thing and the master never said to do that in the first place. The faithful and discreet slave class are people that read their Bibles worship Jehovah and quietly tell about the business of preaching the Good News of the Kingdom without making presumptuous predictions and lording it over other people telling people we have more of Jehovah's Spirit than you do!
