If god could not give you eternal life...?

Question

If god said in your scriptures that he will not give you eternal life, and for being christian, you would inherit leprosy. Would you still be a christian, and accept the perks that come with it?

I ask this because there was another question that asked if christians only believe because of eternal life in heaven. Christians answered with heaven being just a perk. What if your perk wasn't heaven, but leprosy, then you died?

the entire point of the bible is that jesus died for our sins so we could go to heaven and have eternal life.





if there was no eternal life, jesus wouldn't have came and died for us.





so there would be no christian faith because Jesus Christ would never have came to save us.
