Question:
How may people escape the Jehovah's Witness cult yearly?

What % of escapers from the cult are born again and go on to fellowship in a real bible or trinitarian church? Is there more we could be doing to help those blinded by the teaching of cult demons who fail to recognise Jesus as Lord and God. It is so sad for people to deny God the Holy Spirit's person and work. How can we help these pathetic cultists who waste their lives knocking doors to perpetuate a false Christ denying cult. To not recognise Jesus as Lord and God is blasphemous.

A cult is a secretive organization that often follows a human leader and often live in groups apart from the rest of human society, being reclusive. They also practice rituals.

Jehovah's Witnesses have Christ Jesus as their leader, are public not secretive (meetings are open to the public always invited), they live, work and play amongst mankind and they do not practice rituals but practice God's Word as a way of life. Like Jesus they worship Jehovah God as their Father and have God's holy spirit upon them teaching them the truth and enabling them to discern falsehood and to defend ridicule.

There at the instant are two times as many former/inactive JWs as energetic . it fairly is a small group A meager 2.4% boost in 2011 last 20 branch places of work worldwide advertising best actual sources in a Down industry Donations Plummetting Slashing magazine Printing reducing conferences Charitable status Challenged toddler Abuse courtroom circumstances piling Up 2.4% would sound to a pair like an outstanding boost statistic, yet while pondering the form of Jehovah’s Witnesses on the priority of the international’s inhabitants, and the dimensions and scope of the worldwide preaching artwork, this statistic falls woefully wanting what would be seen significant boost for a company of our length and aspirations.

I know that the number that just voluntarily walk away far out number the ones who are

disfellowshipped for "sin" . But JWs actively try to hide this fact .

The sad thing is many 100s of thousands pretend they believe in order not to be shunned by

their family and friends who believe. They are mentally out.

There are now TWICE as many former/inactive JWs as there are active .

There is probably no way to give you numbers.

But all those who do not want to submit to the laws of Jehovah and pure teachings and live forever on a paradise earth.

Even the Catholic Church says that the early Christians did not believe the trinity doctrine and it comes from pagan sources.

The New Catholic Encyclopedia states: “The formulation ‘one God in three Persons’ was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, prior to the end of the 4th century. But it is precisely this formulation that has first claim to the title the Trinitarian dogma. Among the Apostolic Fathers, there had been nothing even remotely approaching such a mentality or perspective.”—(1967), Vol. XIV, p. 299.

According to the Nouveau Dictionnaire Universel, “The Platonic trinity, itself merely a rearrangement of older trinities dating back to earlier peoples, appears to be the rational philosophic trinity of attributes that gave birth to the three hypostases or divine persons taught by the Christian churches. . . . This Greek philosopher’s [Plato, fourth century B.C.E.] conception of the divine trinity . . . can be found in all the ancient [pagan] religions.”—(Paris, 1865-1870), edited by M. Lachâtre, Vol. 2, p. 1467.

Yeah I take your point. It's certainly pathetic.

They manage to publish their own figures of how many they currently hold and their increases, but they never proportionally take account of how many they lose. Whether you can believe what they publish on their own figures is another matter.

But I have read figures on-line that say that the numbers are greater who have left that cult, than the number that they currently hold. Considering that the JW cult works predominantly on family indoctrination, this is where they are getting the majority of their increases. That's right, most of their increases are from within and the majority of their work door knocking is valueless................ IT'S TRULY PATHETIC AND THIS IS THE ONLY TRUTH ABOUT THIS ORGANIZATION

Jehovah's Witnesses are NOT a cult and anyone who has actually done any kind of research concerning Jehovah's Witnesses knows this. People who oppose Jehovah's Witnesses like to use the word 'cult' because this word has a general negative connotation. They are counting on people who are not familiar with Jehovah's Witnesses to simply accept this false label and then ignorantly repeat what they have been told.

The following shows how this label is completely untrue:

Cults are regarded as being small, local groups. In contrast, Jehovah's Witnesses currently number over 7,ooo,ooo and can be found in almost every country of the world.

The World Headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses is in New York. Located there is the Governing Body, a central group of experienced elders who oversee the worldwide congregation.

Jehovah's Witnesses - Their Worldwide Organization and Work

--------------------------------------.…

Cults are also regarded as encouraging their adherents to live in groups apart from the rest of society. Many also think of cults as being secretive about their activities or having something to hide.

In contrast, Jehovah's Witnesses live and work in the midst of other people. They have nothing to hide. In fact, they desire to tell anyone who is willing to listen about everything that they believe.

Their book Jehovah's Witnesses—Proclaimers of God's Kingdom correctly notes: "Jehovah's Witnesses are in no sense a secret society. Their Bible-based beliefs are fully explained in publications that are available to anyone. Additionally, they put forth special effort to invite the public to attend meetings to see and hear for themselves what takes place."

--------------------------------------.…

Cult members are also associated with following living human leaders.

Yet Jehovah's Witnesses do not look to any human, but rather to Jesus Christ, as their leader. Jehovah’s Witnesses follow what Jesus taught and put it into practice:

See: "Who is Jesus Christ?"

http://www.jw.org/en/publications/books/good-news-from-god/who-is-jesus-christ/

That is what it means to be a Christian. Accordingly, Jehovah’s Witnesses strive to adhere strictly to the precepts established by the first Christians.

Jehovah's Witnesses base all of their beliefs, their standards for conduct, and organizational procedures on the Bible. Their worship is a way of life, not a ritual devotion.

--------------------------------------.…

Rather than relying solely on hearsay and running the risk of parroting bad information, Jehovah's Witnesses encourage people to investigate this further FOR THEMSELVES. This way, one will be in a position to be properly informed as to the true faith and beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses.

The best way to find out more about Jehovah's Witnesses via the Internet is through the pages of their official website:

Actually, the believe in Jesus. I know 7-8 Jehovah's Witnesses and they are lovely people. All they do is celebrate God in a way that they think is pure. They refuse to do anything such as watch TV or take blood transfusions for fear that they will be denied access to heaven. They believe that God created Jesus.

And, you seem too hateful. As a Christian, you should Love thy neighbour.

They are not as bad as you proclaim them to be. In fact, they are nowhere near it.

The vital question is that "Is there more we could be doing...?"

Yes. Love them. Unconditionally. Unswervingly.

Rather like Jesus, in fact.
