No. If you wanted it to be, the you would have to fill out the paperwork, to petition the court, to legally change your name to reflect it.

Names (in america or the UK) can be changed in a number of ways:

1) Common useage, which is where people will refer to you as that name but it is not your legal name, an example of this is someone called Cornelius Fred Smith will probably use their middle name with friends.

2) If you want a legal name change, get a "deed pol" which is the official way of changing a name with regards to tax, legal letters etc. etc., deed pols are usually very cheap (under £50/$100).

No, it is not a legally recognized part of your name. There are steps you can take to legally change your name with the local county court and the Social Security Administration (assuming you're in the USA) but its really a pain, and is not done 99.99999% of the time.

It can be, if you want it to be. If you use it as part of you name, and have no intent to defraud anyone, then it can become part of your name. There may come a time to petition a court to enter an order changing it, but this is generally not necessary.

Your legal name is the one that appears on your birth certificate. To change your name, you have to go through a court petition.

If you have turned from sin and trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you, by definition, are a saint. All who trust in Jesus Christ are saints.
