Why does God not destroy Satan?

Destroy Satan, no more evil in men, and if God revealed Himself a bit more, wouldn't that boost his goal far more than the current situation?

Without a Bad Guy, the stories about a Good Guy are not as interesting.

And, in the GOD business, when people stop listening to, stop believing the stories, the Gods fade into the mists of mythology.

For example:

In one of the MANY stories about children of a HUMAN mother and a NON-human father, Zeus took the form of a swan, screwed a gal named Leda, and Leda gave birth to Helen of Troy.

And even though Troy has been proven to be a REAL place, hardly anybody believes in Zeus any more

Among the people who believe that Helen of Troy may have been an actual historical figure, almost none believe that she was the child of a human mother and a non-human father.

In fact, the largest group of people who have a core belief that anybody is the offspring of a human mother, and a non-human father, are Christians, followed by fans of "X-Files" reruns.

If each and every person will have utmost faith in God and righteousness then Satan will automatically be killed . Another name of Satan is evilness . Evilness is not enjoyed by God but evilness is enjoyed by people for example sexually abusing someone . So basically there is fight between human and evilness and God help those people who sincerely try their best in removing evilness inside of them .

Someone asked God the same thing that if you are so powerful then why don't you kill evilness then God replied I can do it easily if human gain the power of accepting me completely through his efforts and there are million people on this earth out of which only few people have real faith in me but there are many who don't cherish me . Even if one person left on this earth with the want to enjoy evil deeds then evilness will not be removed completely .

So , yes , Satan exist because of our desires to enjoy evilness not because of God then we should be the one to kill Satan .

Why do you not kill ants? If you do, then put an animal that you don't kill in its place. God doesn't kill Satan because God does not fear him or even particularly hate him.

There's also the possibility that Satan may one day sue for mercy and evil will fall and a new day will dawn and etc. etc.

God is going to lock Satan up for a thousand years VERY SOON.

At the end of Jesus' 1000-year reign on this earth, Satan will be let

out again for a period of time ~ (to test which people of that day will

let themselves be under his influence) .. Then God will destroy him.

The devil is a "useful idiot" for God to sort the "sheep from the goats".

If you would read the Bible, you would know that when Judgment Day comes, God will cast Satan and his army into the Lake of Fire for eternal punishment. In the meantime, you can "destroy" Satan yourself by resisting him and all evil.

In the Bible it says God has already won the battle between him and Satan. Really it all boils down to WHY God created us in the first place. He lets Satan tempt us because that's our test in life whether we go to Heaven.

“Similarly, consider two things that Jehovah has determined not to do. First, he has not stopped Satan and those who side with him from trying to prove that they are right. Allowing time to pass has thus been necessary. In the thousands of years of human history, mankind has been able to try every form of self-rule, or human government. Mankind has made some advances in science and other fields, but injustice, poverty, crime, and war have grown ever worse. Human rule has now been shown to be a failure.

16 Second, Jehovah has not helped Satan to rule this world. If God were to prevent horrible crimes, for instance, would he not, in effect, be supporting the case of the rebels? Would God not be making people think that perhaps humans can govern themselves without disastrous results? If Jehovah were to act in that way, he would become party to a lie. However, “it is impossible for God to lie.”—Hebrews 6:18.

“What, though, about all the harm that has been done during the long rebellion against God? We do well to remember that Jehovah is almighty. Therefore, he can and will undo the effects of mankind’s suffering. As we have already learned, the ruining of our planet will be undone by the turning of “the earth into Paradise. The effects of sin will be removed through faith in Jesus’ ransom sacrifice, and the effects of death will be reversed by means of the resurrection. God will thus use Jesus “to break up the works of the Devil.” (1 John 3:8) Jehovah will bring all of this about at just the right time. We can be glad that he has not acted sooner, for his patience has given us the opportunity to learn the truth and to serve him. (Read 2 Peter 3:9, 10.) Meanwhile, God has been actively seeking sincere worshippers and helping them to endure any suffering that may come upon them in this troubled world.—John 4:23; 1 Corinthians 10:13

You can't destroy something that doesn't exist, and you must also exist to destroy something. Otherwise, I have no idea what we're referring to. If you're talking about the fictional characters in an ancient story book, Batman needs a Joker and Superman needs a Lex Luthor. There's your answer.

You must understand: For God to "destroy evil," He also must destroy us, because we are evil. At our core, our basest, most common denominator among all of humanity is evil, not love. That's why He had to give us laws to teach us how to love each other; i.e., the Ten Commandments. The first four teach us how to love God, the last six, how to love our fellow man.

We can all look at someone else and see their evilness. . . and they can look at us and see our evilness. And if we think about the things we've done, sooner our later our minds wander to the things that we hope never get found out, the things we think are secret that we would do anything and everything we could to keep from coming to light. Those things we don't want to be light of day are evil.

Yeah, we all do good things as well, usually to those we love. What about those we don't love? Ever lie? Ever steal? Ever be so jealous of someone that you plotted their destruction in your own mind (even knowing you're never going to follow through)? This is why Jesus tells us to love our enemies, because even the tax collector (the worst among us) does that.

God has revealed Himself. He has revealed Himself through His Word, through Jesus, and through His people -- imperfect, broken people who love you even though we don't know you. If you would know God, Seek Him with your whole heart. He will not disappoint. Seek Him while He may be found.

Because God is the God of absolute love. That means he must love his enemy, even Satan, the worst enemy of all. Also, it is man who must deal with evil and Satan, not God, because it is man who first allowed Satan to rule this world. God endowed man with personal responsibility, and He cannot interfere with this. To do so would mean that God is no longer absolute and thus no longer God. God can only help indirectly by giving his words as a guide, but in the end it is man who must vanquish evil.

There are still a couple of things that need to be proven. Have you ever wondered why Satan is to be put in the abyss for a thousand years (Revelation 20:1-3)? It is to prove that he is not the full problem. If Satan were the full source of the problem, all problems would have ended in the Garden of Eden (Genesis chapter 3). It is in our hearts that the real problem is. Which leads me to the second question that has to be solved. In the Garden of Eden, the question arose: Can mankind continue without Jehovah God's help? Once these questions have been answered, all pain and suffering will be done away with (Revelation 21:3, 4). Satan is simply the tempter (Matthew 4:3). He cannot do anything without Jehovah's permission (Romans 13:1; 1 Corinthians 10:13).

I guess I found a thrilling truth while I was arguing and quarreling with evil spirits and bombarding them. The truth is, God is a mystery even to spirits. Satan is one of the evil spirits. Human beings are ruled by spirits. These spirits possess the body of a person according to his/her will and wishes and act accordingly. Without spirits the human beings are nothing. Human beings' lives depend on the choices they make. God never involves in human affairs. His involvement in human affairs is very rare.

God never bothers who believe Him. God cannot watch each and every human being at the same moment. That's why He had created the spirits to watch, guide and determine the destiny of the human beings from their daily activities, talks and thoughts too. Your past determines your present and your present determines your future. God has given freewill to all creatures including human beings. According to this, all human beings have all right to live a life as they wish. But if it happens to be bad and hurts someone, they have to face the consequences. These consequences are created by spirits. It's a natural system. After death no one lives in any form. Heaven and hell are only for spirits. Spirits are separate elements. A human being is not a single spirit. A human being during his/her life time is living with many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. They are knowledge, skills, feelings, emotions, interests and everything. Even thoughts are not your own. For example, when you want to take a decision on a subject, one after another the spirits think and you just listen, choose or reject the ideas which they transmit to your mind through your brain in the form of thoughts. A human being is just a robot made of flesh, bones, tissues etc., and a toy of the spirits for their games.

God will soon destroy Satan, however allowing him to exist shows mankind and the other Angels that God is the better ruler, which was the question that was raised from the start of Adam's disobedience.

Because fundamental issue raised at the beginning of our existence was raised that is does God have the right to decide what is good and what is bad. Adam and Eve choose to decide themselves if God killed them right away along with the Devil the issues would still be in the minds of the other mighty spirit creatures. Time was needed to solve this problem and to show weather mankind could govern themselves. So we have tried every form of government and non government dictatorships anarchies. non has resulted in world peace. that is why we are living in what the Bible terms as the last days. Soon God will set up one world government it will not be passed to people. and Satan will receive a final crush in destruction.

Satan isn't the problem, its the person. Satan is the excuse, the idea and lust that makes the sin look sweet and tempting. Its the persons dumb @ss decision to screw up and do something regretful. The real devil is actually the human because the human is what conducts the act or acts of evil or sin. Would there be a satan without humans? Humans give the energy of sin its power through choice, so we give it a home, its power and a vehicle to steer. It has no power over us, just the power we give it. In the case of people making you do wrong by force, its the choice of sin they made to coerce you to do wrong rather than an entity of sin making you do something. Sin is the humans will to do wrong, something infectious and a sort of domino effect among the environment. The sin has no power without you making the decision to do act on it. Satan is the idea of influence, not the act itself. Then on the other hand you have the worst sh*t possible that could occur, demonic forces literally and psychically intruding into your life which is a very drastic thing. That's a whole other ball game. The part where you talk about destroy satan and no more evil men sounds a lot lot how wonder woman felt in that new wonder woman movie. She thought killing the main bad guy would stop all evil and all war, but she was wrong and the wars kept its stride constantly evolutionizing. The minds of men have to be strong and withdraw from hate, greed, lust and evil. We have to withdraw from sin and oppose evil first within our minds. That's a hard thing to do when we are faced with so many personalities that don't have unity among each other and always seem to run into someone or someones who will try to dominate or control a situation through pride. Its' the biggest fall.

Everytime someone ***** up, they just blame it on the devil.. "Satan made me do it." Recently, a man was caught in a room naked with a child. God will destroy Satan and his followers very soon! The Bible says in psalms 37:9-12 " For evil men will be done away with,But those hoping in Jehovah will possess the earth. Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were,And they will not be there. But the meek will possess the earth,And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."

All we have to do is, to make sure that we are not unknowingly became his followers. Because the Bible says in 2 cori 11:14 " And no wonder, for Satan himself keeps disguising himself as an angel of light" so we need to study the Bible carefully and learn what God requires of us in order to survive, not to be destroyed with Satan.

It makes no sense for God to allow Lucifer to have his way unrestrained. Oh well, the Jews made very poor copies of many older myths. According to myth satan was created aforetime and was The most pious of his creation. It was his test and he became jelous of adams creation. But god gave satan power. Satan calculated a number of people he would take to hell. So satan stands as a test for his own creation. Some angels fall some ascend. The question is not why but what is satan after judgement? Some say whilst Adam was just a created body satan sought to investigate and found the weaknesses of humans. Others say satan is a temporary icon and that the end is all good.

Satan the Devil has raised the question of whether Jehovah has the right to rule. Satan wants humans to think that Jehovah is a corrupt Ruler and that He does not want what is best for us. Satan has implied that people would be much happier if they ruled themselves. (Genesis 3:1-5) He has also implied that no human is really loyal to God and that if life gets to be too difficult, anyone will reject Him as Ruler. (Job 2:4, 5) So Jehovah is allowing time to go by to make it clear to all that life without God as Ruler is miserable. Of course, Jehovah knows that the Devil’s accusations are lies. So why has he allowed time for Satan to try to prove his point? The answer involves everyone, both in heaven and on earth. (Read Psalm 83:18.) Adam and Eve rejected Jehovah’s rulership, and so have many others since then. This could make some think that the Devil is right.
