I'll address this portion of your question:
"Listen Basically i was asking why does a person who excepts jesus in to their hearts at a young age and live a bad life get to go to heaven if a person who lives a good life their whole life not get to go to heaven....."
This is the "Onced Saved Always Saved" doctrinal belief. Every Christian does not believe once you are saved you are alwasys saved. For instance, in the scenario you have given regarding the person who accepts Jesus as a child but continues to live a reprobate life...well it's an extremely HIGH possibility they chose to spit in the face of God and return their salvation.
Here are some verses to cover what I'm saying:
Words of Jesus Christ...read carefully to see the backsliders and those who loose salvation:
Luke 8: 11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. 12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. 13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. 14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. 15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience
He says, "...and these have no root, which for a WHILE BELIEVE, and in time of temptation fall away."
Hebrews 6: 4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. 7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: 8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
Romans 1: 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
Compare with Titus 1: 16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
So some Christians can loose their salvation if they choose to continue in their sinful ways and deny Christ. This does not mean if a Christian is living in sin they will not receive chastisement. Hebrews Chapter 12 talks about God chastening sons and if you do not receive chastisement then you are a ******* and not a child of God. Some Christians can go so far that their “conscience becomes seared with a hot iron” ( 1 Timothy 4: 1-5)
Lastly here are some more words from our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ after the parable of the two servants:
Matthew 24: 44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. 45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? 46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. 47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. 48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; 49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; 50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, 51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him HIS PORTION WITH THE HYPOCRITES: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
If you're privy on the weeping and gnashing of teeth, or simply Matthew 24 you know this is in reference to the 2nd coming of Christ and judgment where he says the "unfaithful" servant will be assigned his portion with the hypocrites. Two points here:
First the hypocrite is also assigned a portion in damnation
Second the unfaithful servant is assigned a portion in damnation
What does this mean? People can "fall away" from the faith and spit in Christ's face and reject him. Have you ever been given a gift and been unable to return it? I mean if you REALLY wanted to return it to the giver...what's stopping you? You could leave it on the door, rudely shoove it into their hands and walk away despite their protests...YOU CAN RETURN THE GIFT.
Same goes for the gift of eternal salvation. If you spit in God's face too long guess what?
