Do you think that the true religions would involve practices that hurt and mutilate children ?
Do you think the true God approves of such a thing ?

Will the world ever be free of such evils? Yes, because the sins of the world empire of false religion—identified in the Bible as a harlot, “Babylon the Great”—“have massed together clear up to heaven.” How faith-strengthening it is to learn that all such God-dishonoring practices will soon come to a dramatic end! Why not read this for yourself in the concluding book of the Bible, Revelation, chapter 18? Check particularly verses 2 and 5.

Its not as barbarbic or sadistic as sending your supposedly only begotten son to be crucified like an animal on the cross because that is apparantly the only way a Loving God can forgive the sins of mankind.

Now ask yourself the question again:

Do you think that the true religions would involve practices that hurt and mutilate children ?

Do you think the true God approves of such a thing?

Self-affliction is historically an important and old part of Christianity, Judaism and Islam.

Many Christian hermits pierced themselves, and at least some cases of stigmata are probably a form of self-punishment.

At least through the 18th century Jews in areas of Germany and parts of Poland cut themselves for yom kippur just as the Shiites did in the pictures from ashura observance, and the German and Polish rabbis strictly condemned the practice as does the Shiite ulama.

The connection between yom kippur ceremonies and Shiite ashura ceremonies needs to be worked out. Both days of penance take place on the 10th day of the first month of Jewish and Muslim calendars.

And BTW, as anyone that has raised children knows, slight cuts to the head that a child barely notices bleed a lot.

As for God's approval of mutilation, both Judaism and Islam practice circumcision.

Well its obvious it is not, they just doing it to be different from the rest of the religion, anyway they are still in a long sleep, and poking well not even can wake them up,and its useless to give any advice or correct them,at the first place they well claim that God talk to them or gave them a sign, these happen by the way so they will be recognized by the world, they will do weird or disgusting stuff....glad to know that we still know right and what is wrong... God bless to all of you,and pray these practices will will end.....

God does not approve of hurting anything or anyone, especially not his children. God commands you biblically to take care of children and love them, your not supposed to mutilate them or make them bloody, its not right in Gods eyes. those practices are not of God, but of the humans who are messing up nonstop with theyre beliefs.

I totally agree with you , It is not a true religion.

The truth is always clear , but bigots are blinded to see it .

Your question was limited to the images you linked , and so my answer .

NO.

God definitely does NOT want any of his creations tortured. This includes animals and humans.

Those religions were thought of by man.

The most accurate would be:

Baptist independant. (Christian).
