150,000-200,000 half-jews or men of partial Jewish ancestry fought in the German armed forces, the Wehrmacht.
In the SS, an estimated number of up to 2,000 Jews served. The SS jews were Khazar Jews from Crimea, who were seen as being ethnically pure and clean blooded. The Nazis made the infamous 6 exceptions. 6 tribes/sects of Jews were spared arrest and gassing because they were deemed to be pure-blooded and sufficiently Aryan.
There were also several prominent half-jew officers. Such as the High Admiral of the German Navy. Or the Feldmarschall Erhard Milch (equivalent rank of 4 star general) was a half-jew.

As many as 150,000 men with at least partial Jewish ancestry, including decorated veterans and high-ranking officers, even generals and admirals served in the German armed forces. Surely not all of them would have joined the Nazi party but anyone hoping for promotion or side benefits would have found it to his advantage to do so. There have always been rumors that SS bigwigs like Himmler and Reinhard Heydrich were themselves part Jewish but I'm not sure if that's ever been proven to be a fact.

Franz Haber invented Zyklon-B a cyanide-based insecticide used by Nazi Germany against civilians in the gas chambers during the Holocaust. He was also responsible for the mustard gas that was used against the allies in the 1st world war.
