Questions For Christians About Hitler and Bush?

I deleted the original question, because the question was poorly worded by some other person and I reposted the question, below, with the correct wording.

Question 1. If Hitler accepted Jesus as his lord and savior, would he be saved even though he killed 6 million Jews?

Question 2. If President Bush accepted Jesus as his lord and savior, would he be saved even though he and his administration lied and thereby were responsible for 300,000 Iraqi deaths?

Question 3. If one American, let us say Man A, killed another or if one American, Man B, killed six people in a deranged killing spree, would these men be saved if they accepted Jesus as their lord and savior or would they be facing life in prison or execution for their crimes?

My doing so makes it easier for you to understand and respond to!

the gist i'm getting is Bush sucks and will burn in Hell unless he is saved. let's hope his pride goes before his fall and he is too proud to get saved.

Salvation ultimately depends upon repentance of sin. Since both of these men were baptized they could not efface the full effect of their sins and enter heaven immediately unless they had what is called perfect contrition. Otherwise they would face God's justice in one of two forms - Purgatory if they had repented or Hell if they had not repented.

I once had a conversation with my mother about the serial killer Jeffrey Dhamer. He was baptized in prison before he was killed. That means that he was pardoned by God for all the murders he committed as well as any other sins. For those sins, he would not face Divine Justice. My mother thought that was unfair. I argued that God's Love and Mercy are not unfair. God wants to save everyone. That is what Grace is.

NO, No, No, No, No, none of the above would be forgiven because it's hypocritical and that's why it happens all over the world. People seem to think they can commit a terrible sin ( taking innocent live's ) then go repent and expect to be forgiven! Crap I say! If it's proven you have hurt an innocent life or 2 million, you should not have a second chance, besides, nobody will go to hell, as we're living in it now!! cheers.

YES. To answers 1, 2, & 3.

If they would only subit to the Lord and have faith and believe in him, I believe they would be forgiven.

In the Bible, it says; Matthew 21:32

Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God ahead of you. For John came to you to show you the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes did. And even after you saw this, you did not repent and believe him.

If the prostitutes and tax collectors can get in, then so can they. I believe that once they have submitted to the Lord whole-heartedly, God will show them the righteous path they need to be on to stay righteous.

You can't just say, oh... I think I'll just ask God to forgive me, and not mean it. -It doesn't work that way.

God knows what is in your heart.

First - Jesus was a Jew, so when Adolph showed up at the Pearly Gates, I doubt if he got let in.

Second - I would hesitate to guess the will of God as it relates to President Bush.

Third - If you read the Gospels, the scene on Calvary should answer your question. The would need to pay for their crimes.

Lastly - you should look up the passages in the Gospels about the Pharasees. Good reading.

Well tough debate but I guess i would have to rely on Gods word "Who knows and searches the hearts of men other than God" So even tho he murdered many people to deam him going to heaven or hell and same with bush is not our postion to judge for God decides their fate in heaven or hell. Some people say that the 6 mill jews death is a curse because it was jews that put our Lord Jesus to death. But this is just a theory. And also Stalin was worse that Hitler. Hitler wanted power and dominion over the world and Stalin wanted to wipe jews off the face of the earth.

According to Christianity:

1) Yes

2) Yes

3) Yes, but they would still have to pay the consequences for violating the laws of the earthly authority.

According to christianity, anybody who accepts Jesus as his/her lord and saviour would go to heaven no matter what they have done.

To use your 2 example.

Adolph Hitler was a catholic who believed he was doing gods work.

President Bush was quoted as saying that god told him to invade Iraq.

So,again according to christianity, both men would enter heaven

Bush: Why did you kill those people?

Hitler: Because g-d told me to kill Jew, Why did you kill them?

Bush: Because g-d told me to kill them, they are friend of Jew

Jesus: I am Jew!

Think about it if you are Jesus about them, let them in or ask the Jew and Iraq people to Judge them.

That's rediculous. Even I would never compare Bush to Hitler. I mean, Hitler was democratically elected, wasn't he? LOL.
