It is because Satan knows who the enemy is.
99% of the time the attack is toward Christians.

I'm both atheist and Buddhist as I don't believe in gods.
I will however defend my stance against others who call me morally corrupt etc and strangely enough that would seem to be christians more than any other religion.

Hello God is Love, of course in your country Atheists attack Christians. But in my state Atheists attack mainly Hindus. They do not attack Muslims, Christians, Buddhists. So it is simple
If an individual is getting affected due to some concept then they raise against that concept. If suppose the minority theists were affected by majority Atheists then theists would always attack the atheists. So atheism or theism is not the main issue. Only the opportunity to live in this world freely is the main criteria. If that freedom is banned due to some concept then agitation would definitely be there against that concept whether it is right or wrong.

Really? I've noticed that the questions directed at a particular group is roughly proportional to the number of members in that group posting here. There's a lot of questions directed at atheists and christians, several directed at muslims, and very few at buddhists.
I try to direct most of what I say to monotheists in general, or to the Abrahamic religions, not just Christians (unless I take issue with something specific in the Bible). I've also argued against Buddhism before, but generally it's a lot harder, since it makes a lot more sense than the others. Buddhism didn't try to gift omnipotence to Buddha, for example.

First, I dont attack anyone. I do defend myself.
I have never seen a buddhist attack an atheist here.
I do respond and defend myself when an offensive islamic question appears.
The majority of the population on Y/A R & S are either christians are atheists

I am not atheist but I would imagine that more people who belong to Christendom use this site than other religions. They pick on what they are familiar with. It is possible to be Buddhist and atheist by the way. Buddhists say they don't worship a God.

You're ignoring a small but vital component of your question which would actually give you the answer - you're asking the question in English to English-speaking atheists.
Christianity is by far the most predominant religion in English-speaking countries. Therefore Christianity is not only the religion that English-speaking atheists are most likely to be familiar with, but it's also the religion which is most likely to interfere in their lives, whether through pressure from family to attend church, bullying from Christians for not sharing their belief, or through religious lobby-groups and politicians trying to force everyone to live by faith-based legislation. This all means that Christianity is by far the most likely religion to provoke reaction from English-speaking atheists, simply due to day-to-day exposure. But this should by no means be taken to mean that English-speaking atheists are necessarily any more accepting of any other religion than they are of Christianity. If anything, most are likely to be even more scathing of Islam, but tend not to criticise it so much merely because they're not so familiar with that religion. Unlike most religious theists, most rational atheists tend not to openly criticise things they don't know much about.
Oh, and just FYI - criticism is not attack. I respect everyone's right to believe whatever they want to believe and would be happy to defend that right, just so long as they're happy to keep those beliefs to themselves. Trying to force others to live their lives according to your beliefs is a direct attack on any concept of civil liberty, regardless which beliefs are being forced.

Because Christians are the only one who knock the doors of other people and make their life miserable. And there are many contradictions and fictions in Bible so thats why they attack Christians more than any other religious people.

First off, stop being so dramatic we aren't attacking you we are questioning your house of cards you call a religion. Secondly we don't make fun of muslims as much because their arent that many in America and anywhere else they would murder us in our sleep, buddhists we don't make fun of because they bother no one and judge no one.

I've never had a Buddhist or a Muslim tell me I was going to hell because of my belief system.
I believe all religion is equally untrue.

Just look at the questions on here and what you find is an almost constant tirade of anti atheist abuse. Almost all of it is coming from Christians.

Because most of them were most likely born Christian.
